Awesome Photo Day 2011

This is going to be my fifth time photographing the students at R. T. Berry School of Tae Kwon Do and I'm definitely looking forward to it!  A couple years ago, I photographed students in the Do Jang (the room where they hold classes) and gave parents a chance to buy the photos in black & white.  It was pretty time-consuming (three weeks attending classes - add another week and I could have qualified for my first belt!) and while the parents loved them, it was difficult for them to find their child in all the photos.

This year, I wanted to do something similar but a little more controlled.  I'll be shooting the kids in their sparring gear - simple head shots of the kids in their "ready" poses - and parents will be able to buy the black & white photos.  I went into the Do Jang last night for some test shots & loved the results...!
